The theme for the wrestling dual on Thursday is SINGLET NIGHT. Any student who would like to wear a singlet to the dual can get one checked out to them Thursday after school in the wrestling building. Its first come, first served. Please turn it back in after the dual or the next day at school.
Any FFA student interested in Livestock Judging needs to speak with Mrs. Miller about practice's and contest dates.
JUNIORS - Pick up a brochure with information about American Legion Auxiliary Girls State or Cornhusker Boys State in Mr. Smock's room, and come see us in the counseling office if you have any questions. Both programs will be held in Lincoln June 3rd-9th. The cost to attend either program is covered by the Legion. Candidates will be interviewed at the high school by the American Legion, and one student and one alternate will be selected for each program. Applications are due to our office by March 12th.

SOPH-JUNIORS-SENIORS: Health Careers Days will be on January 31 & February 1 (Register in guidance counselor's office before January 19th)
SENIORS -There are New Scholarship Lists & McCook Education Foundation scholarships in the Guidance Office that you can stop by and pick up!
The Senior Class will be hosting a K-12th Father/Daughter Dance on Sat., January 20th in the LIFT gym from 7:00-10:00 pm. Admission is $5.00 each and concessions will be available. If a father is not available, invite an adult male who's part of your life (grandpa, uncle, brother, friend, etc.).
MCC is offering Driver's Education on February 1 - March 22 (Thursdays) from 7:00-9:30pm This class prepares drivers for licensure by awarding a Drive Test Waiver upon satisfactory completion. Minimum student age is 14. Course fee is $250. Register at mpcc.edu/bce or call 308-345-8122 (More info in the office)
